  • Cardio programs and strength training programs.
  • Form and alignment for basic strength exercises.  The correct form and alignment is essential to receive benefits of exercise.
  • Programs to follow at your home or gym.  A successful program will work all major muscle groups in 30-45 minutes using the equipment you prefer.
  • Regularly scheduled training sessions once, twice, or three times per week for 30 or 60 minutes.  These sessions will motivate you to obtain your fitness goals.
  • Short term and long term fitness goals with tools to achieve these goals.
  • Fitness opportunities you have not tried before:  water workouts, workouts with weights, tubing bands, fitness balls and more. 
  • Fitness equipment education at your gym or home and its range of uses. 

Sessions can be scheduled at your home or gym.  Gym membership is not required.  Rates are based upon services provided, session length, and number of individuals trained per session. 









  • Group classes designed to meet your group's needs and interests.  Cardio, body shaping, and stretching/flexibility are some of the most popular.  Classes can be taught at your location  and equipment can be provided.



  • Water classes can be taught outdoors at your pool during warm weather.
  • Lifestyle and Weight Management classes and discussions can be scheduled at your location.  These classes include discussion of dietary habits, mental and physical benefits of physical activities, and much much more.

Rates and times are determined by group size and schedule.
